Appointments
In Person
My preference is to work with people in person.
My regular times in Pimlico for meeting in person are Monday afternoons, Tuesday afternoons and evenings, and Thursday mornings. Some other times may be possible by arrangement.
Each appointment lasts for 50 minutes.
Online
I do not take on new clients to work exclusively online. I do provide online sessions to established clients when it is not possible to meet in person.
Fees
Individual Therapy
For individual therapy, we start with an initial one-off session. This is an opportunity to find out if working together may be productive.
The standard fee for the initial session and ongoing sessions is £65 per 50-minute session. Some concessions may be available.
Group Therapy
For group therapy, we start with an initial one-off individual session. If you then wish to proceed we would meet for a number of further individual sessions (typically up to six sessions) before you join the group.
The fee for the assessment and preparation sessions is £45 per 50-minute session.
On joining the group, there is a monthly fee of £125, which includes all of the group sessions in that month.
